Ordering
How do I know if you received my
online order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us by immediately
after placing your
order. An invoice will be emailed when your order is shipped. If you do
not receive your confirmation email, please inquire by email at
sales@yonart.com. We can also be reached
at 1-631-242-7956 if you do not have an email address.
Do I have to order online?
No. You can call us at 1-631-242-7956 to place any order Monday
through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST.
What is the warranty on your
products?
All of our mirrors are guaranteed for one (1) year from date of
invoice against defects in materials and workmanship.
What if I am not satisfied with my
purchase?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive an item that you
are not happy with for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30
days, you will be refunded the full purchase price of the item less the actual
shipping charges. Simply send us an email to sales@yonart.com or call us at
1-631-242-7956 and ask for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
Please include your invoice number.
Who is the manufacturer of your
mirrors?
We design and manufacture all of our mirrors in our own factory
in Deer Park, NY.

What type of payment
methods do you offer?
We offer our customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major
credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You can
also pay by check, money order or cashiers check.
Do you charge a
restocking fee?
When you ship an item to us for refund or exchange, there is never a restocking
fee. However, the actual shipping charges are not refundable. If you
purchased a mirror on a "Free Shipping" promotion and wish to return it,
shipping charges will then be charged.
Can I pay by check or
money order?
If you would like to pay by check or money order please call your order in to

Do I need to add
sales tax to my order?
Sales tax is only charged to items ordered from or shipped to an address in the
State of New York. When you complete the online order form, if you live in
New York State, sales tax will automatically be added to your order.
Shipping
Shipping Charges
Currently, we are running a "FREE SHIPPING" promotion. If you live within
the continental U.S. and order online, there will be no shipping charges added
to your order. PLEASE NOTE: There are five mirrors that are too large to
ship via UPS or FedEx ground and must be shipped by truck/common carrier.
These mirrors do not qualify for free shipping and are noted as such in their
descriptions.
Outside of the 48
Contiguous U.S.
We do ship mirrors internationally and outside the continental U.S. (Canada,
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands). Please email us at
sales@yonart.com or call us at
1-631-242-7956 for an estimate of shipping charges. Please provide us with
an exact delivery address.
Delivery Method
Most domestic mirror shipments are made by UPS or FedEx Ground Service.
Mirrors too large to ship by these carriers must go by truck. Truck
shipment charges are significantly less expensive when delivered to a commercial
rather than a residential address. If you have a commercial address that
you can ship to, please specify on your order.
Damage
As soon as you receive your mirror, unpack it and inspect it carefully! If
an item is received damaged, do not refuse the item. Determine the extent of the
damage and note this with the delivery person and on the delivery invoice.
Notify us by email at sales@yonart.com or
call us at 1-631-242-7956 within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will file
any damage claims necessary and get the necessary replacement sent to you
immediately. You are responsible to save the damaged items until someone comes
to pickup or inspect the damage. If you refuse the item, you will be responsible
for the shipping charges in both directions.
